Best Western Phuket Ocean Resort Karon, Karon

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms offered stunning sea views and ensured a peaceful night's sleep away from the road. However, I wished there were better storage options. The beautiful gardens overlooking the lake and beach were truly a sight to behold.

The hotel offers spacious terraces with handy pools for each room, providing beautiful horizon views and stunning sunsets. However, there was a noticeable bad smell in the rooms.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, quite spacious, and comfortable, although there was some ongoing building work on level 3. The service was first class, with staff being extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The location was nice for walking around and enjoying the afternoon markets, although it appeared a bit dirty in some areas. The dining experience offered good quality food, with a slight lack of variety in the warm Thai dishes. Overall, a satisfactory stay with a few minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The rooms offer an amazing view of the lagoon and the beach, and they are clean, spacious, and modern with all the facilities I could ask for, including great AC, fridge, freezer, tea & coffee making facilities, TV, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. The service was incredibly helpful and friendly, with staff organizing taxi transfers to and from the airport and recommending great places to visit around the area. The location is superb, just a few minutes from the sandy Karon beach, close to everything but far enough to have a peaceful night's sleep. The dining experience was excellent, offering a great variety of food, and the facilities were top-notch.
